Yes, I graduated in 2005. Most houses were paid in full. There was some flexibility in due payments. However, I and others would strongly advise a semi-annual audit to protect the House's assets. It would only hurt/disclose corrupt sorority officers. Obviously, the comments above are from those who may be criminally disclosed by a thorough semi-audit. Please protect your assets, Sisters.
