Most of the major sororities have been in the same house for over 40 years. A few over 50 years. The Average mortgage is 30 years. Most of the sorority houses mortgages have been paid-off. A few may have placed a minor second mortgage for renovations, but most should not require this huge amount of dues each semester. Sisters, lets bring up financial audits in our first Chapter Meeting in the Fall. Especially, when our monthly Fall dues are announced. Let’s watch out Chapter Officers twinge as they learn their weekly shopping trip to Northpark is in doubt…
