Pretty fair assessment but Kappa is on the decline. Tri Delts do not party more than Kappa that’s for sure. They have a lot of very involved girls on campus in the top business fraternity, cox, SMU Look, SMU Style, etc. Top PC this year by far. Agree on Pi Phi but they took a lot CA girls this year.m; maybe not as many as in years past. Not a lot of hype here. But they have a lot of girls on cheer and poms. Better PC this year than Kappa but not as good as Tri Delt. Chi-o is on the rise. Really strong PC. DG falling.
