You obviously aren’t a current student at SMU. Pi Phi did not have a very good rush this year and lots of girls absolutely rejected a bid from this house and Kappa Tri Delts aren’t the party girls that’s Kappa. If you actually went to school here you would know. Pi Phi does not mix with Phi Delt- Tri Delt does. Pi Phi pairs with Sigma Chi but they’re in limbo so now Pi Phi trying to move in on Phi Delt. Chio is definitely on the rise. Kappa is slipping. Pi Phi is currently on a conduct plan until May 2025. It’s on the SMU student conduct website. \n\n\n\n\n
