Kappa is not the top house. They mix with SAE who is also not top. PC ‘24 is mid at best. These two houses were top for decades but things are changing. Kappas takes wealthy girls but they have zero personality and are not good looking. At some point rich doesn’t cut it. Pi Phi is falling California cool is now trying to be Kappa 2.0. A lot of spirit girls but they are being vested by new comer Tri Delt and they are becoming desperate. Some not so good news for this house trouble is on the horizon. Tri Delt gorgeous and fun girls. Definitely gumming for the top spot but they are so chill I’m not sure they care. Nicest girls on campus. Chio got a great PC in the Fall. Still a divided house on super studious and fun girls.
