I read the same posts over the past 4 years. These posts focused on Panhellenic"s lack of disclosure and empathy to my fellow GDIs. Not to bash any sorority. I experienced and have seen this evil elimination process for 4 years now. My verbal warnings to these freshman were brushed-off as "that is not going to happen to me". But it did, to almost 600 of them for each of the past 4 years...
