First off... 1 view with 2 thumbs up? Hmmmmmm. 1.) If joining a sorority is the only reason you came to SMU then you shouldn't even have gone to college. $75K a year is quite the gamble for joining a club you don't even know anybody in. 2.) These remaining houses are willing to give you a shot. If you are turning them down, then you shouldn't be in a sorority at all. 3.) If you are afraid Alpha Chi Omega is going to cut you because you're a sophomore during Fall rush, why not just rush now as a freshman. 4.) How dumb were you in high school that your parents had to bribe the admissions office with an extra $20K just so you could get accepted to a school that takes over half it's applicants. 5.) So you're saying they should take one of the spots in the remaining houses. 6.) Sounds like a successful recruitment by your description. A social outcast willing to drop out of school because they didn't get into the social club they wanted is someone who should be cut immediately.
