Since UT Austin admission requirements of SAT scores need to have at least a 1470 score on a scale of 1600; applicants with an SAT score below 1340 have a hard chance of getting into the University. SMU has an acceptance range of 1300-1480. Therefore, many of the Influencers or "Theta Society" wannabees probably wouldn't make the "Cut" to get into UT Austin.
