That's a really good question as far as liabilities go. I do know the UT Austin UPC By-Laws prohibit any IFC Members from associating with Texas Rho since it is an unrecognized organization by The University of Texas at Austin. I guess it's a novel situation for SMU since they rarely have ever Suspended a Sorority.
