Tri Delt at Penn State got its charter pulled in 2009 but immediately re-formed as an underground group called Trilogy. They call themselves a service org to give themselves a respectable front, but they still use the DDD ritual to initiate their members. Trilogy girls were present at the party where Tim Piazza (the Beta pledge) died five years ago. DDD national has said they have no interest in returning to Penn State as long as Trilogy is allowed to remain active.
