To the fire code bulls#hitter! The facade can top-out with the 3rd floor and match the smaller flat front facade. Better yet, it could have a half story center arch above the 3rd story 🏛. None of these facade options violate the Texas fire code. A 3-story center-middle porch does not interfere with the resident egress and digress of the building.
