First off, the original post is from 2013! Secondly, I go to Baylor and can assure you that Theta is NOT top tier in 2022. The rankings are Pi Phi, Kappa and then Chi O, although Chi O is upper mid tier rather than top. Theta is still a good sorority but they're ranked after Tri Delt and Zeta.
