7 strong houses is better than 8 when there is 1 house that creates a lower quota for all the others (bc the house is used when calculating quota, even though 40-50 girls refuse their bid on bid day. We’d have a lot less PNMs dropping & everyone’s chances of getting matched w a good fit would increase. Thoughts???
