Idk if this is a serious question or not but no KPT really don’t give out COBs. Historically gamma phi and axo give out COBs but I think DG and chi o have also in the past. Not really 100% sure about tri delt. Depends on the circumstances like knowing other girls in the house well already and having good connections. Also depends how many girls who were offered a bid and ran home on bid day actually stick with it vs “giving it a chance” and then dropping over the next few days or weeks
