The Sigma Chis need to tear down that old temporary Chapter house facade & replace it with a permanent campus matching Georgian style 3 story portico porch facade with wide columns, wider roof trim and outside accenting window shutters. That widely seen corner Chapter house really needs renovations. It would give them a prominent image on one the most visible campus street corners. They are one of the largest fraternities & should be able to afford it.
