Yes. There is a different quota for freshmen vs. upperclassmen. But the way recruitment works is that the quota is determined by how many of each register and then dividing the total by the number of houses. So, you will likely receive a bid somewhere as long as you don’t drop out, if all the houses try to meet quota.
