I am not a Chi O, but they do pride themselves as being the best sorority academically. If you have above a 3.6 and have gotten to know a lot of the girls over the semester, you probably have a good chance of getting in regardless if you are a legacy or not. All of the sororities hover around a 3.5 average so academics definitely help your case everywhere, but having a low GPA won't get you blacklisted or anything like that.
