@k Let me tell you everything that you are doing wrong as a fraternity. First thing, don't you ever sell your house. I don't care how much money the school gives you, you keep that property no matter what. DG, AXO, and XO all have fantastic girls. Why are you acting like having them at your events is a bad thing. 80% of my fraternity's events are open party so we get people from all over and are happy to see new faces. Do you turn girls away based off of what house they are from or something? That would be kind of messed up if you did. Since your frat was unable to mix with anybody for homecoming, it means that out of the 8 sororities, you are not a single sorority's first choice to pair with. You put all of your eggs in one basket with ∆∆∆ and you didn't participate because they went with Sig Ep. I don't know if the other houses sent you an invite, but if you rejected them to go with nobody, you should actually be ashamed because you just burned a bunch of bridges that could lead to new relationships with your chapter. I also want to say that during my freshman year, your house was the only house who asks freshmen "Who do you know here?" that it has become a meme and is a complete turn off for tons of people. I want you to succeed, like I want all of IFC to succeed. You have a bunch of good guys too. How you treat greek life reflects on everyone in the system. Every house has had slumps in the past, mine included, but you have to get off of your high horse and actually make a difference right now, or else you will hit rock bottom.
