Officially Sig Ep has been expelled for 2 years. Reality, they will not be large enough to maintain an actual house on campus for at least 5 years. Expelled fraternities usually struggle for a deacde before rebuilding. The Sig Ep case was criminal. A conservative university will discourage their chapter from returning.
