The count is based upon returning members for the 2018 Fall semester. For SMU, it is each Chapters' returning Sophomore, Junior and Senior members. No pledges. You must be counting the 2018 Spring semester Chapter counts that included their freshmen pledge class. Those seniors have graduated now. Anyway, to get those high numbers for middle tier Chapters, you must have included their underground members as well. The count stands.
