Them not wanting you doesn’t make them snobs; they have to cut some people. It’s nothing personal - even if it feels that way. Being in a sorority isn’t everything; if you didn’t find a connection with 7&8 in the ten minutes you talked to them, that’s perfectly okay too!! You just have to understand that in the same way you judged those sororities in ten minutes, all the sororities only got ten minutes to judge you too. You had 10 min to make an impression the same way that the sororities had 10 min to make an impression on you. Also, not all 200 will transfer; I doubt many will at all. Maybe you and a handful more, but as almost 60% of women aren’t in Greek life at SMU, you leaving means... nothing.
