There are over 175 of us not just 10-12. SMU recruitment for the top 6 sororities is a closed society. It is for legacies, large donors, the famous and big family names. Most of us would receive bids from the sororities we were interested in at almost any other university. SMU and Panhellenic must be more forthcoming to future PMNs. Changes must be made to give cut PMNs a quick exit instead of forcing us to stay the entire year at SMU. Forcing unconnected top tier ladies into bottom tier Chapters is not a successful solution. Adding 15 pledge members to each top 6 sorority pledge class is a good start.
