You absolutely get the big and little experience. I'm not going to lie, rush as a sophomore is harder since you are competing for fewer spots but you should still go for it if you think panhellenic life is something you want to do. You get the exact same experience, you're just a sophomore and a lot of your fellow PC is freshman.
