Depends.... If you cut them or they cut you early. If they cut you the last day, you may have a chance. Contact their RUSH Chairman and inquire. You should ask your real friends in that fraternity pledge class to recommend you. Since Pike dropped out of RUSH, quotas are tight. Remember be discrete, RUSH is the prime time season for back stabbers. Beware friendly/enemies. As a GDI, you will find why SMU is a clique school. The lines have been drawn. You are in or out. The sororities will try to dictate which fraternities their members socialize with. For a RUSH drop out GDI, your freshman Spring semester will be somewhat lonely and disappointing socially. Be prepared for many evenings watching TV as most of your dorm prepares for Chapter meetings, mixers, parties and weekends away. Many GDIs will transfer to another less cliquish school. Fall RUSH is your last real chance to go Greek.
