So what's going on with Kappa that they had to shut down three houses in past three years. That seems like a lot. Most houses have suspensions but to be shut down, that seems extreme. But to be fair to Kappa national organization, this suit is filed by one of their own, who seems to be filing for a money grab when she was kicked out for behavior not acceptable to the national organization. No one would have known about about this without the suit.
