I'm transferring to temple as a sophomore and I really wanted to rush next fall but since I'll only be at temple a few weeks before recruitment starts I won't really get a chance to see what each sorority is like on-campus. I've been going through the discussions and reviews and just asking friends but I'm still really confused on some stuff. Like why is phi sig the only strat with a house? Do other sororities have one too and can they throw parties in them like the frats do? And if they can which strats throw the best ones? What are "mixers" and why do some frats and starts only have mixers with each other? Why is DZ and phi sig top tier and why is phi sig the most hated one? I know these are a bunch of questions but if someone could answer them for me that would really be great!
