if you're interested in rushing, you'll have to go to round robin, which is just a thing where every sorority gives a little presentation about what their sorority is all about. but i'll give you a little gist of each. Sigma Delta Tau (national) - cool, chill girls. lots of fun, typically very pretty Sigma Kappa (national) - preppy, smart, typical "sorority" but very nice girls Delta Phi Epsilon (national)- fun, party hard, really nice, strong sisterhood Alpha Sigma Tau (national) - kind of lowkey, still a bit new on campus, diverse and very nice Clio (local) - lots of bad rumors about them, party hard, questionable reputation, but nice AGO (local) - similar to SDT. very nice and cool Alpha Omega Pi (local) - loud, lots of fun, cool Phi Lambda Chi (local) - lowkey, but party hard, very kind Alpha Delta Epsilon (local) - extremely diverse and typically very liberal Arethusa (local) - very small but kind, and strong bonds SMAC (local) - social AND service organization. very into fitness, lowkey Royal Lady Knights (local) - huge, pretty popular, smart and nice That all being said, it's SO important to make your own decisions for yourself during rush. Don't let rumors or stereotypes dictate who you rush. The difference between local and national is just that local stats don't have other chapters across the country. Also, national sororities only have rush in the spring. If you rush national, you have to rush EVERY national
