They throw the BEST parties every weekend and because of that everything in that tier is pretty much going to stay the same unless something BIG happens. SECOND TIER Because of what's happening with ATO and D Sig right now Acacia and TKE have moved up. Leaves chances for other frats in and around that tier to move. THIRD TIER All of these houses are pretty good houses, not the best but still fun and have cute guys. Sig Ep and AEPi both had day drinks this weekend, and I think the scene at Sig Ep was noticeably better than AEPi's. MIDDLE TIERS DU, Phi Psi, and TDX have all been doing pretty well, all have a chance to move up. AGR had a cool daylong this weekend. Zeta Psi seems to just party with the same few houses and sororities. Beta had a pretty fun party this weekend, I think there's potential for them to move up. Chi Phi has some potential to move up. Pi Lamb has some okay parties every once in a while.
