As some one who goes to all the tier 4 houses and most of tier 3 phi psi hasn't done much other than get good socials and bars places but phi who this year is having great daylongs weekly,parties and good socials. Also out of the tier 4 houses Phi psi and phi who have the best PC. Literally du Zeta Psi phi who and phi psi are basically all the same though with phi psi being the most exclusive.
