Lambda, ato, tke, dtd, acacia lambda and ato have really done well and are looking to kinda replace aspects of kdr/pikapp 3. Sig ep, aepi, sig pi these houses all do well with socials but many tier 4 houses throw down harder 4. Tdx, zeta psi, phi who, du, phi psi phi si/tdx aren't doing as much as before but the other 3 are doing well, most of these ones are better than tier 3 in a lot of ways. Tier 3 is basically still this tier. 5.Agr, alpha sig, far sig, pi lamb, Fiji, beta Fiji had top tier girls and actually gets okay bars, same with beta. Alpha sig still socials with dg, dz, sig kap, but doesn't party and girls don't like them much. Agr kills it.
