SigEp's substance-free Residential Learning Center® at Penn State is certainly a cleaner and smell nicer than the average campus "frat house" regularly used for parties, debauchery and fornication. A clean house is more desirable for hosting faculty, friends, and parents. SigEp's substance-free facility provides a very conducive environment for doing what students go to college to do.
