Phi Sigma Sigma starts the next two years, the DPhiE the year after. IT is a three year plan so that the sororities can get the best girls for their group but not kill each other over recruitment. After the flop of tri sig and Chi O being stupid, three sororities presented but the two best did get in. Hopefully they kill it and a few more sororities join the mix in the next few year, 17 sororities is just too small.
