in 2008 we lost our charter and the alumni decided to sell the house. When most frats lose their charter they don't lose their house unless the alumni want to sell it (which our old alumni board did). we now have a house near frat row and we're constantly improving. Every year our social schedule gets better and better and we always succeed in greek sing and greek week. It's a smaller frat and the guys are awesome but we are definitely looking to get a lot bigger
