a lot of lower tier houses are making more moves now that theres an even playing field with the ban so here's my take on what's going on (NOT LISTED IN ANY ORDER) Zeta Psi - always having fun, good socials and tight brotherhood Phi Who - dry socials, a little weird Kappa Sig - good socials and growing ADPhi - actually growing idk why they are getting ranked so low, good brotherhood Skulls - can get a little weird but they know how to have fun AKL - reckless but they pull good away bars and know how to have a good time Sig Tau - most fun socials out of the group DKE - wasted potential in their house Far Sig - ton of borough points, these guys have to be careful
