They are NOT high-ranking everywhere. Where they are high-ranking is the South where they originated with Phi Mu which is in the same league. ADPi is "good" here and there in the Midwest but just "okay" on both coasts. We ALL have chapters that are considered high or low, but for some groups like ADPi, it's a regional thing.
