Frats- 1. Dchi, SAE, Beta Sig, Dsig, Pike, Sig Chi sororitys- 1. KD, Kappa, Aphi, Theta, PiPhi, ASA -For the frats, thats pretty much consensus among people in top houses -For the sororities, they're all pretty interchangeable besides KD being first and ASA being last -Nobody really knows what the fall is gonna be like with all of these new regulations. Needless to say it is not gonna be the same as last fall but if people get smart and learn to scheme, while doing so safely, Penn State will still be a fun school.
