Chi Phi, Alpha Sig, Far Sig Up: FIJI, Kappa Sig, Chi Phi, AXP, Alpha Sig Down: Zeta Psi, Far Sig, Phi Who, TDX (my own opinion). And phi psi if the rumors of them getting in trouble are true but I doubt it. Don't expect anyone below tier 6 to be moving up anytime soon.
