Theta and ASA have had consecutively bad PCs and suck overall for the past 2 years but their social schedule still separates them from 3rd tier. GPhi/ AXO/ ZTA all similar but GPhi beginning to social with better frats and AXO's 2 newest PC keeps them above ZTA. AXiD and DZ virtually the same. Didn't rank DPhiE because don't know enough about them yet. 8th tier goes without saying. Never going to rank Trilogy or ESA because NOT SORORITIES.
