No. At least not this century. They had their charters revoked by nationals for hazing (and deservedly so) They would need support from national organization and they won't get it. They usually do come back after a few years if I don't really think that a lot of sororities would be Willing to come to bing because of campus culture issues and the terrible reputation Greek life at bing has. Anyway aren't these groups happier now that they don't even have to pretend they do anything other than party and haze people? They have literally no incentive to get a charter.
