Its going to take a while for them to get the hang of things. Years. But at the same time if your a freshman you could join, really make a difference, and by your junior and senior year have helped create a solid org. Kappas only 3 yrs old and phi mu is only 5, and they have been doing solidly and continue to improve. If youre passionate about creating something new you honestly might want to give it a shot.
