If you're looking at this site to decide where to rush, reevaluate. The posts about rising/falling/reps/opinions/etc. are 9 times out of 10 made by people in Greek life who are either jealous of other orgs, insecure about their own, or have some bad feelings about Greek life or a particular org in general for no real reason. They're hardly ever accurate and just sway people in the wrong directions. Look around, see where you like, and you'll be happy.
