Subject:
a campus that prides itself on being open minded.

Poster Message:
If you are a freshman reading this and deciding to rush or not, I urge you to do so with an open mind. Girls going through recruitment next week, this site dangerously stereotypes each of the three sororities based of off the opinion of the type of people that would even look up and find this site in the first place. As you spend more time these next few years on campus, you will realize that you have friends across the entire Greek community, and that being in a particular group does not define you. You will find that these stereotypes are completely extreme and that you know more exceptions to the rule than followers of it. Make the decisions for yourself and get to know all the girls as you go through rounds. These are your classmates--Yalies who are just as talented and qualified as you to be here at this campus--Yalies with their own stories and personalities. Get to know them better. Ask them what they are passionate about! Do some research of your own and check out the sororities' social media pages like Facebook, Instagram and Tumblr to form your own opinions. Find out what each group can offer you, and you'll find that every sorority at on campus has something special. Being Greek itself is so much fun and really opens up a new social sphere. Don't let the reputations of any group scare you off into dropping, it would be unfairly rob you of an amazing experience and amazing sisters. With love from someone with cool, fun, beautiful, friends in EVERY SORORITY.
