I don’t want to alarm people but just stating some recent news. Yale Society Initiative has previously guaranteed that each person who submits an application will get a tap from one of its constituent member societies. This is no longer the case. YSI has previously made new societies each year to meet the growing demand of applications but they’re no longer doing this. It costs too much time and money. So this year will be the first year I think that not everyone who applies will be given a tap. News from the YSI Custodian
