You can't compare Pi Phi to Theta anymore, that previous post was obviously written by a Pi Phi especially considering they wrote a 5.0 on their page and 2 negative posts on theta/aphi at the same time. Like come on now. It looks desperate and embarrassing to self rank this much. Every single year (I looked at all the discussion posts on this website) Pi Phi posts the same things the weeks leading up to rush trying to pit themselves against Theta which is pointless because Theta is the #1.
