all the sought after girls right now are almost entirely thinking theta. this is the truth. and then to some extent have heard they want to phly with pi beta phi due to some campaigning i've noticed from that "friend group" of sophomore girls. also some quality sophomore rushes will be joining either theta or pi phi because their 2020 friend group falls entirely within theta and pi phi.
