I mean maybe they're just doing what Pi Phi has been doing for years. If one sorority is allowed to dirty rush AND haze and get away with it then Theta should be able to dirty rush too (although I can't ever see Theta hazing). I know APhi is dirty rushing too, I think everyone does it but Kappa tbh
