This is still going on... Theta/APhi's percentages have dropped drastically over the summer and Pi Phi's has maybe dropped 1 or 2 percent. Don't know why Pi Phis are sitting around worrying about recruitment over the summer but so much negativity has been spread on this website over the past 2 months
