they had to wait for ages to bring another sorority because even though lots of girls didn't get into theta and pi phi, kappa was still undersubscribed. so aphi could only come to campus when kappa had more people who preffed them than they could take. so to bring another sorority they'll have to wait for the same thing to happen again.
