Don't freak out. Definitely fill out the application. After pre-tap, seniors in societies make a list of juniors who didn't get pretapped and vouch for them. Societies use this to find new people to interview if they need to. Talk to your senior friends and make sure they know you didn't get pretapped but you want to be.
