LMAO do you actually not know? They are reserved spots entirely and every senior taps a single person for their space. EXAMPLE: Wolf's Head ALWAYS has a member of the Women's Squash team. The current senior squash girl in Wolf's Head was tapped by a Women's Squash member. She will tap a female squash player in 2018. It works for all spots like that. Wolf's Head also has a Track Team spot as well as a YIRA spot. But most societies don't work like this.
